By using closingassets.com or purchasing a ClosingAssets product or service, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
ClosingAssets provides B2B sales diagnostics, self-serve reports and company-level commercial analysis, including Personal Fix Plan, Personal Deal Review, Revenue Reliability Audit, Revenue OS Buildout and Revenue Reliability Advisory. Diagnostics and reports provide structured analysis and recommendations; they do not guarantee a specific revenue outcome and are not legal, financial or tax advice.
Payment and refunds
Low-ticket digital products sold through Gumroad are paid and delivered through Gumroad and are subject to the refund terms presented at checkout. Premium engagements are invoiced separately; payment, cancellation and refund terms are defined in the proposal or engagement agreement for that scope.
Scope boundaries
A self-serve report is not a company audit. A $149 personal review uses the diagnostic information and context specified on its product page; it does not include CRM/data analysis, team interviews or implementation unless explicitly stated. Company-level work is separately scoped.
Intellectual property
ClosingAssets methods, frameworks, diagnostic logic and reusable report templates remain ClosingAssets intellectual property. Deliverables created specifically for a client are licensed for that client’s internal business use unless an engagement agreement states otherwise.
No guarantee of results
Commercial outcomes depend on factors outside ClosingAssets control, including market conditions, company execution, buyer behavior and the completeness of information supplied. No specific revenue, conversion or deal outcome is guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ClosingAssets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the site, diagnostics or products. For a paid product or service, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
