ClosingAssets (“we”, “us”) operates closingassets.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Diagnostic responses you submit through the Sales System MRI or Stuck Deal Diagnostic, including progress saved before completion where the diagnostic itself supports that. Contact details you provide, such as name, work email and company. For Revenue Reliability Audit, Buildout or Advisory work, we may process CRM exports, deal records, call notes, proposals and other business data you choose to share. If you accept analytics, we may also collect referral source, UTM parameters, landing page and usage data through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
How we use it
To deliver the diagnostic result or product you requested; connect a paid review to the answers you submitted; review a company-level application; deliver contracted work; improve our diagnostics and site; and, only when you opt in, send product updates or offers.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics are disabled until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you reject analytics, the site and diagnostics still work. You can withdraw or change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Functional storage required to maintain a diagnostic session may still be used to provide the service you requested.
Who processes data for us
Service providers may include Cloudflare for hosting/database infrastructure, Tally for the Sales System MRI form, Gumroad for low-ticket checkout and delivery, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity when analytics are accepted, and payment or invoicing providers used for premium engagements. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Diagnostic and contact data is kept as long as reasonably needed to deliver the requested service, operate the product and respond to you, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Business data shared for an Audit or Buildout is deleted within 30 days after the engagement ends unless a different period is agreed with you.
Marketing email
Product or offer emails are sent only when you explicitly opt in. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other action concerning your personal data. Contact [email protected] with the request and enough information for us to identify the relevant record.
International processing
ClosingAssets serves clients internationally and uses service providers that may process data in different countries. Appropriate contractual or provider safeguards are used where required.
